Order delivery

We send orders as quickly as possible using the method chosen by you, but no later than within 5 days of receiving the order. You will be notified by e-mail about the dispatch of the order. If you do not receive your order within 7 days, please contact us immediately.

Return of goods (withdrawal from the purchase contract)

You can return the goods free of charge within 14 days of receiving the order without giving a reason.

You can start the return process via an automatic e-mail that you receive after creating an order, or you can always contact us regarding returns via the contact form or via e-mail info@artmerch.cz

Complaint

If you find a defect in the purchased goods, please contact us immediately via the contact form. Don't forget to describe what kind of defect it is specifically, or how it manifests itself, and whether you wish to return the item or exchange it for a flawless item.

Subsequently, we will contact you at the e-mail address you provided in the contact form, regarding the next procedure in resolving the complaint.

The deadline for making a claim is 2 years from the receipt of the goods.
